Ingredients
- 1 yellow cake mix
- 1 pkg vanilla instant pudding mix
- 4 eggs
- 1/2 cup cold water
- 1/2 cup oil
- 1/2 cup Rum
- 1 cup chopped pecans
- Glaze
- 1/4 lb butter
- 1/4 cup water
- 1 cup sugar
- Whipped cream

Preparation
Step 1
Grease and flour angel food cake pan. Spread 1 cup chopped pecans on bottom. Pour cake mix over
Oven 325
Bake one hour
Cool–invert cake pan. Poke holes in case with large fork
Mix glaze and boil 5 minutes. Remove from heat. Add rum. Pour slowly with spoon over cake until all glaze is used.
Top with whipped cream.
