Ingredients
- Topping
- 1/4 c chopped pecans or walnuts
- 1/4 c firmly packed light brown sugar
- 2 T flour
- 1 T margarine, melted
- Cake
- 2 c flour
- 1/3 c sugar
- 2 t bp
- 1/4 t bs
- 1/4 t salt
- 1/2 c skim milk
- 2 t grated orange zest
- 1/2 c fresh oj
- 1/3 c unsweetened applesauce
- 1 lg egg
- 1 T veg oil
- 1 t vanilla

Preparation
Step 1
375F. Lightly spray 8-inch loaf pan with veg oil spray.
In sm bowl, stir together topping ingred, set aside.
In lg bowl, sift together flour, sugar, bp, bs and salt. Make a well in the middle.
In med bowl, whisk tog remaining ingred. Pour into well in dry ingred. Stir just to blend well, until no flour is visible. Pour into prepared pan and spread evenly.
Crumble topping over batter.
Bake for 28-33 mins, or until tester comes out clean.
