  • 1/2 cup Bisquick
  • 1/2 cup Italian style panko
  • 1/4 cup flour
  • 2 large eggs, lightly beaten
  • 4 boneless, center cut pork chops
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper

Preparation

Step 1

1. Preheat oven to 425F. Place a wire rack on a baking sheet; spray rack with nonstick cooking spray.

2. In a shallow dish, combine baking mix and panko. In two separate shallow dishes, place flour and eggs. Sprinkle pork chops with pepper. Dredge pork chops in flour; coat in egg, and dredge in baking mixture. Place pork chops on prepared rack. Bake for 20 to 25 minutes or until done.
