Ingredients
- 4 medium potatoes (peeled and cut into small chunks)
- 1/2 cup chick peas
- 2 small onions (chopped)
- 4 cloves of garlic (pressed)
- 2 tsp ginger
- 2 tsp nutmeg
- 6 small whole eggs (raw in shell)
- 2 cups chicken or vegetable broth
- salt and pepper (to taste)

Step 1
Preparation:
-Mix all ingredients together in the tajines (splitting all ingredients equally between the two)
-Add broth, making sure the eggs are fully covered in liquid
Cook:
-Cover the tajines and cook at 300 F (for approximately 3 1/2 hours, or until most of the liquid has been absorbed and potatoes are tender)
-Peel eggs before serving
