Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground turkey
  • 1 package taco seasoning
  • Green onions to taste
  • Flour tortillas
  • 1 can refried beans
  • Shredded cheese
  • Sour Cream
  • Can of diced tomatoes and green chilies
  • Black olives (optional)
  • Salsa (optional)

Preparation

Step 1

Directions: Cook ground turkey, taco seasoning (follow package directions), and green onions in a large pan. Spread refried beans on a flour tortilla. Add shredded cheese. Add ground turkey mixture on top of beans. Roll up and place in a GREASED 9x13” pan. Continue until all tortillas are used (5 or 6). Mix together one can diced tomatoes and green chilies and ¾ cup sour cream. Spread over burritos and add more cheese. Bake at 350’ for 30 minutes to warm through. Serve with additional salsa, sour cream, black olives, and tortilla chips.
Vegetarian version: Add cooked Spanish or Mexican rice to tortilla instead of turkey mixture.
