Ingredients
- 1 lb. trimmed beef tenderloin slice 1/4 inch thick
- 6 oz mushrooms about 2 cups
- 1/2 cup chopped onion
- 1 can condensed beef broth
- 1 cup dairy cream
- 2-1/2 tbsp all purpose flour

Preparation
Step 1
Brown meat quickly a little at a time in butter. Add mushrooms and onions and cook until tender. Add broth, stir in sour cream and flour. Sauce will be thin. Season to taste. Serve over rice.
