Ingredients
- 12 fresh wings
- 2 tsp salad oil
- 1/2 cup diced onion
- 1 clove garlic
- 1 cup diced celery
- 3/4 cup water
- 1/3 tsp pepper
- 1 cup smoked flavored bbq sauce
- 2 tbsp vinegar
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 2 tbsp worcestershire
- 2 tbsp brown sugar
- 1 tsp dry mustard
- 1 tsp salt

Preparation
Step 1
Heat fat in deep 2 qt. saucepan and brown the wings slowly, turning until both sides are brown, add onion and garlic and fry until transparent. Return chicken wings into saucepan, mix in remaining ingredients and pour over wings. Bring to boil and simmer 10 mins (pour into casserole and bake 350 for 1 hour or until tender. Serve with rice.
I double the recipe and pour bbq sauce over the wings once in pan.
