Ingredients
- 1 lb fresh scallops
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1 cup cracker crumbs
- 1/2 cup soft bread crumbs
- 2/3 cup cream or rich milk
- salt and pepper to taste

Preparation
Step 1
Butter casserole. Melt butter. Add cracker and bread crumbs. Put a layer of buttered crumbs in dish. Cover with scallops. Add 1/2 the cream. Season with salt and pepper. Repeat crumbs on top layer. Add remaining cream. Bake in hot 350 oven until crumbs are brown - about 25 minutes
