Simple vanilla cupcake

This is a recipe for simple vanilla cupcakes which yields 12 servings.

Ingredients

• 1 cup all purpose flour
• 1/2 cup icing sugar
• 1 tsp baking powder
• 1/2 cup butter
• 1/2 cup milk1tsp vanilla essence

Step 1

Pre heat oven at 180°C for 10 minutes. Line muffin tins.

In a bowl mix butter and sugar till it's creamy. Add flour and baking soda and mix well. Add milk and vanilla essence and mix until everything is combined.

Fill muffin tins till 3/4 of the tin size giving it space to rise. Bake for 25 minutes.
