Ingredients
- 1 cup butter
- 8 oz. cream cheese softened
- 1 1/2 cup white sugar
- 1 tsp almond extract
- 1 tsp lemon extract
- 4 eggs
- 1 3/4 cup flour
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 1/2 tsp baking powder

Step 1
With electric mixer cream butter and cream cheese. Add sugar gradually. Add lemon and almond extracts. Add eggs one at a time beting well after each. Add flour, baking powder and salt gradually. Combine the following fruit in a bowl with 1/4 cup extra flour.
1 cup golden raisins (seedless)
1/2 cup mixed candied fruit
1/2 cup chopped glazed cherries
1/2 cup walnuts
Fold fruit into above and bake at 300 for 70 to 80 minutes. Cool on rack - use angel food pan. Just as nice as white fruit cake.
