Ingredients
- 1 1/4 cup flour
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/4 tsp cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp ground cloves
- 1 tsp ground ginger
- 1/2 cu molasses
- 1/2 cup oil
- 1/2 cup applesauce
- 1 large egg

Step 1
Combine dry ingredients then add molasses, applesauce. Add egg to this. Mix well. Add 1 tsp baking soda to 1/2 cup boiling water. Add to final mixture. Bake 350 for 35-45 minutes
8x8 pan.
