Ingredients

  • 2 cups Flour
  • 2 teaspoons sugar
  • 1 tablespoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon parsley flakes
  • 1 teaspoon chopped chives
  • 1/2 teaspoon dill weed
  • 3 tablespoons cooking oil
  • 2/3 cup milk

Step 1

Mix 1st 7 ingredients. Stir. Make a well in centre.

Add oil and milk. Stir to moisten. Knead on lightly cutting board 6-8 times. Pat or roll to 3/4" thick. Cut into 2" rounds. Arrange on ungreased sheet.

Bake @ 400 for 15 minutes
