- Rosemary
- Thyme
- Parsley
- Oregano
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
- 2 tablespoon oil
- 1 tablespoon butter

Preparation
Step 1
Salt and pepper steak vigorously on all sides
Allow steaks to get to room temperature
Use an oil with a high smoke point
Use a cast iron pan
Get pan to a high heat
Sear steak on each side 3-5 minutes
When you flip the drop a quarter stick of butter and fresh herbs in the pan
Place in an ovenproof pan and let steaks rest 5-10 minutes
To cook to further broil on low for 15 minutes.
