Excellent Macaroni Salad Recipe

Ingredients
- 4 C. macaroni, cooked
- 1 C. low fat mayonnaise
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1/2 red onion, chopped
- 1 sm. pkg. frozen peas, thawed
- 1 green pepper
- 1 C. shredded cheddar cheese
- 10-12 radishes, chopped
- 4 slices cooked bacon crumbled

Step 1
Cook macaroni noodles according to package directions. Rinse with cold water. Set aside until they cool off. Chop all vegetables and put in large salad bowl. Add noodles, salt and pepper, and mayonnaise to taste and consistency. Then mix in the shredded cheddar cheese. Place bacon on top. Chill and serve.
Note: All ingredients are approximate, depending on how well you like each. I tell everyone to add, taste, then add more if the want.
