Ingredients

  • 1 1/8 cup brown sugar light or dark
  • 3/4 cup rolled oats
  • 3/4 cup all-purpose flour
  • 3/8 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground allspice
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter melted, seperating 6 tablespoons and 2 tablespoons
  • 20 ounces peaches frozen or fresh

Preparation

Step 1

Combine all the dry ingredients in a large bowl.

Mix in the 6 tablespoons of melted butter into the dry ingredients, until all is moistened.

Using the 2 remaining tablespoons of butter, butter the sides and bottom of a 3.5 quart crock-pot.

Put a small layer of the butter/dry ingredient mixture in the bottom of the crock.

In your large bowl add the frozen peaches to the butter/dry ingredient mixture and mix well.

Add your mixture from the large bowl into the crock.
Cook on low for 3 to 3 1/2 hours.
