Ingredients
- 2 pounds ground beef
- 2 onions, chopped
- 2 bell peppers, chopped
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1 large can diced tomatoes
- 2 small cans sliced mushrooms
- 2 cups celery, chopped
- 2 tbsp chili powder
- 1 8-ounce package elbow macaroni
- 2 cups graded cheddar cheese
- 1 can corn
- 1 can diced green chilis
- 1 small can sliced olives

Step 1
Brown beef and drain. Add onions to the beef and brown. Once browned, add green peppers, celery, garlic, chili powder, corn, canned diced tomatoes, can diced green chilis, can sliced olives and mushrooms. Simmer for 30 minutes. In the meantime, in a large pot, bring water to a boil. Boil pasta, strain. Once mixture is done simmering, add pasta to mix. Grease a baking dish (or crock pot), pour into baking dish and top with cheese. Cook at 350 degrees F. until cheese melts.
