Kathy's Meatball Soup

I had something like this at a little shop in Columbus one day. I enjoyed the recipe so much that I went home and wrote down what I thought was in it. We have enjoyed it ever since. That was back in the early to mid 90's probably.

Ingredients

• Meatball ingredients;
• ground beef
• onion powder
• garlic powder
• salt
• pepper
• Chicken broth
• onion, chopped
• zucchini, sliced
• canned Italian tomatoes
• Italian seasoning
• Bowtie pasta

Preparation

Step 1

Mix ingredients together for meatballs and portion them out in very small balls. Simmer is skillet until done.
Add onion to skillet and cook until translucent.
Pour broth and tomatoes into large pot add bowtie pasta and seasonings; bring to a boil. When pasta is halfway done add zuchinni, meatballs and onions. simmer until all is done.
