Ingredients
- 3/4 pd. ground beef
- 2 cans (14-1/2 oz each) beef broth
- 2 cups water
- 1 can (28 oz) diced tomatoes, undrained
- 3 celery ribs, chopped
- 2 large carrots, sliced
- 2 medium onions, sliced
- 1 medium potato, peeled and cubed
- 1 1/2 cups fresh cauliflowerets
- 2 tsp. tarragon
- 1 tbs garlic powder
- 1 tbs. minced parsley
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/8 tsp. pepper
- 3/4 cup cooked macaroni

Preparation
Step 1
In a large pot, cook beef until browned. Add all other ingredients except macaroni bring to a boil and then simmer for 30 minutes. Add cooked macaroni and heat through.
