Ingredients

  • 3 cups carrots, boiled
  • 2 T melted margarine
  • 1/4 cup crackers, crumbled
  • 1/4 cup green peppers
  • dash of pepper
  • 1 tsp onion salt
  • 1/2 cup sharp cheddar

Preparation

Step 1

Boil carrots. Crush crackers, dice green pepper, melt butter.

Layer carrots, pepper, crackers, sprinkle onion salt. Repeat. Sprinkle cheese on top and pour butter over all.

Bake at 350 for about 20 minutes, until cheese is melted and heated through.
