Ingredients
- 1 pound green beans
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 3 tablespoons flour
- 2/3 cup chicken broth
- 2/3 cup light cream
- 1/3 cup ketchup
- 2 teaspoons worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 3 drops tabasco sauce
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice

Preparation
Step 1
Wash and trim beans. Steam for 15 minutes then transfer to serving dish.
Meanwhile: Heat oil in saucepan; add flour and cook for 2 minutes over low. Whisk in broth and cream; simmer until thick.
Whisk in remaining ingredients, continue to simmer for 2 mintues. Pour sauce over the beans and serve.
