Ingredients

  • 1 Egg
  • 1/2 C. Miracle Whip Dressing
  • 1-1/3 C. Mashed fully ripe bananas (about 3)
  • 1 1/2 C. Flour
  • 1 C. Sugar
  • 1/2 C. Chopped walnuts
  • 1 t. Baking soda
  • 1 t. Salt

Preparation

Step 1

Heat oven to 350ºF. Beat egg, dressing and bananas in large bowl with whisk until well blended. Mix remaining ingredients in separate bowl. Add to banana mixture; stir just until moistened. Pour into greased 9x5-inch loaf pan.
Bake 1 hour or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool in pan 10 min.; remove from pan to wire rack. Cool completely.
