Charleston Cheese Dip

crackers guarantee this dip will go fast!

Ingredients
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1 pkg. (8 oz.) cream cheese, at room temperature
- 1 cup grated sharp Cheddar cheese, about 4 oz.
- 1/2 cup grated Monterey Jack cheese, about 2 oz.
- 2 scallions, finely chopped
- Dash of cayenne pepper
- 8 butter crackers, such as Ritz, crushed, about 1/3 cup
- 8 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
- Corn chips, crackers or bagel chips_

Step 1
Preheat oven to 350°F. In medium bowl, combine the mayonnaise, cream cheese, Cheddar cheese, Monterey Jack cheese, scallions and cayenne pepper.
Transfer mixture to shallow baking dish, such as 9" pie pan. Top with crushed crackers. Bake 15 minutes or until heated through. Remove pan from oven and top with bacon. Serve immediately with chips or crackers.
