Ingredients
- 1 (5-6 lb) whole filet mignon
- Salt and freshly ground pepper
- 1 T grapeseed oil

Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 375
Rinse meat and pat dry.
Season meat with salt and pepper on all sides.
Heat oil over med high heat in large skillet. Sear meat on all sides.
Transfer entire pan to the oven and bake until meat thermometer reaches 132.
Remove from oven and let stand before slicing.
