Ingredients
- Lighter Version:
- 1 T olive oil
- 1 med. onion, chopped
- 3 cloves garlic, chopped
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 # ground beef chuck
- 1 can (28 oz) crushed tomatoes
- 1/2 oz Pecorino cheese
- 1/2 c. milk
- 2 sm. spaghetti squash
- 1 T olive oil
- 1 . med. red pepper, chopped
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 12 oz lean ground turkey
- 1 28 oz can crushed tomatoes

Preparation
Step 1
Cook 1st 4 ingredients for approx. 10 min.
Add ground beef and cook until browned. Add tomatoes - simmer 10 min. Stir in cheese and milk.
Toss with spaghetti, garnish with basil leaves
Lighter version:
Poke holes over 2 small squash and microwave on high for 15 min.
Follow directions above using lighter ingredients and serve over squash
