Ingredients
- Cake:
- 1/2 cup shortening
- 1 1/2 cups brown sugar
- 1 egg
- 1 cup rhubarb, chopped
- 1 tbsp baking soda (tsp???)
- 1 cup sour cream
- 2 cups flour
- 1 tbsp vanilla (tsp???)
- Pinch of nuts
- Pinch of salt
- Topping:
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tsp butter

Preparation
Step 1
Mix together cake ingredients.
Mix sugar,cinnamon and butter. Sprinkle the mixture on the top.
Bake in loaf pan. Bake at 350 F for 30 minutes.
