Rhubarb Cake

Ingredients

• Cake:
• 1/2 cup shortening
• 1 1/2 cups brown sugar
• 1 egg
• 1 cup rhubarb, chopped
• 1 tbsp baking soda (tsp???)
• 1 cup sour cream
• 2 cups flour
• 1 tbsp vanilla (tsp???)
• Pinch of nuts
• Pinch of salt
• Topping:
• 1/2 cup sugar
• 1 tsp cinnamon
• 1 tsp butter

Preparation

Step 1

Mix together cake ingredients.

Mix sugar,cinnamon and butter. Sprinkle the mixture on the top.

Bake in loaf pan. Bake at 350 F for 30 minutes.
