Easy Beef Stronagoff

Ingredients

• 1.5 lbs round steak cut into strips
• 2 T butter
• 1 4 oz can mushrooms
• 1 pkg onion soup mix
• 2/3 cup water
• 1 pint sour cream

Preparation

Step 1

Brown steak strips in butter.
Add mushrooms and saute a few minutes.
Add soup mix and stir well.
Add water and let simmer slowly for 1 hour (until tender)
Add sour cream and mix well.
Remove from heat.
Serve over rice or noodles
