Ingredients
- 1 pound turkey breast tenderloins
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 1/2 teaspoons Cajun seasoning
- 6 cups mixed salad greens
- 1 1/2 cups sliced cantaloupe
- 1 cup fresh blueberries
- 2 tablespoons crumbled blue cheese
- Salad dressing (your favorite)

Preparation
Step 1
Preheat indoor or outdoor grill. Brush turkey pieces with olive oil and sprinkle with Cajun seasoning. Grill over medium heat 12 to 15 minutes or until turkey is no longer pink, turning once halfway through grilling. Slice turkey into thin strips. Arrange salad greens evenly on dinner plates along with turkey, cantaloupe and berries. Top with cheese and pass the dressing.
SERVING SUGGESTION: Serve whole grain rolls and butter on the side.
GLUTEN FREE: Make sure Cajun seasoning and salad dressing are gluten free.
