  • 4 (4-oz.) wild salmon fillets
  • Water/oil mixture
  • 1 tablespoon cumin
  • 1 tablespoon chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • Juice of 1 lemon
  • Black pepper, to taste

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Place salmon fillets, skin sides down, on a baking sheet sprayed with water/oil mixture. Combine spices; sprinkle then pat gently into salmon fillets. Squeeze lemon juice over salmon and sprinkle with pepper. Roast for 10 minutes per inch of thickness until fish flakes easily when tested with a fork.

SERVING SUGGESTION: Steamed new potatoes and steamed asparagus.
