Ingredients
- 5 1/3 ounces Angel Hair pasta
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, pressed
- 1/2 cup chopped basil leaves
- 1/2 medium avocado, peeled and cubed
- 3 medium tomatoes, cubed
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

Preparation
Step 1
Cook pasta according to directions; drain. Meanwhile, heat the oil in a saucepan over medium heat; add garlic and cook for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally (careful to not burn!); remove from heat and stir in basil, avocado and tomatoes; toss with cooked pasta and sprinkle with pepper.
SERVING SUGGESTION: A big spinach salad tossed with Easy Balsamic Vinaigrette (see recipe).
GLUTEN FREE: Use gluten free pasta.
