- 4 (4-oz.) boneless skinless chicken breast halves
- 1 teaspoon lemon pepper
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder

Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Place chicken in a lightly greased baking dish; season with lemon pepper, garlic powder and onion powder. Bake for 25 to 30 minutes or until chicken is cooked through and juices run clear.
SERVING SUGGESTION: Brown rice topped with a dollop of low fat sour cream and chopped green onion. Add steamed broccoli.
