Ingredients
- 1 Publix Bakery Sourdough Bread Round
- 1/4 cup white balsamic vinegar
- 1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil
- 3 garlic cloves, chopped
- 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 4 medium tomatoes, diced
- 1/2 cup red onions, diced
- 1/2 cup fresh mozzarella cheese, diced
- 10 fresh basil leaves, finely chopped

Step 1
Slice bread into 1-inch thick slices. Cut slices in 1-inch wide strips; cut into 1-inch cubes.
Whisk vinegar, oil, garlic, salt, and pepper until blended.
Toss tomatoes, onions, and cheese with vinaigrette until coated. Add the bread cubes and basil leaves; serve.
