Ingredients
- 1 (12-oz.) can of beer
- 3 tablespoons honey
- 1 tablespoon hot pepper sauce (preferably habanero)
- 2 cloves garlic, pressed
- 1 bay leaf
- 4 (4-oz.) boneless top loin pork chops

Preparation
Step 1
In a small saucepan with a tight-fitting lid, combine first 5 ingredients (beer through bay leaf); bring to a boil then reduce heat, cover and simmer for 15 minutes. Remove from heat and discard bay leaf. Place pork chops in a large zipper-topped plastic bag; pour marinade on top, seal bag and refrigerate for 2 hours. Preheat indoor or outdoor grill to MEDIUM-HIGH. Drain chops, discarding marinade, and grill for 4 to 6 minutes per side or until cooked through.
SERVING SUGGESTION: Baked sweet potatoes (nuke in microwave if desired) and steamed broccoli.
GLUTEN FREE: Make sure beer and pepper sauce are gluten free.
