  • 1-1/4 Lbs ground chicken
  • 1 diced celery stalk
  • 3 Tbsp red pepper sauce

Step 1

1)Preheat broiler

2)Combine chicken,celery and pepper sauce in a bowl.

3)Shape into 4 3/4-inch thick burgers. Spray both sides with cooking spray;place on rack in broiler pan and cook 12-14 minutes or until meat just loses its pink color throughout,turning once.

4)Place each patty on a toasted hamburger bun with any fixings you like. Instead of ketchup,try some chunky blue cheese dressing. Serve with cut-up carrots and celery,and more dressing for dipping.
