Sweet Potato Casserole

Ingredients

• 3 sweet potatoes, cooked and
• mashed
• 1/2 cup white sugar
• 1/4 cup butter
• 1/6 cup milk
• 1/2 tsp. vanilla
• 1 egg, beaten
• 1/2 cup chopped pecans
• 1/2 cup light brown sugar
• 1/4 cup flour
• 3 Tbsp. melted butter

Preparation

Step 1

Stir the first group of ingredients together and pour into a 2 quart casserole.

Mix the second group of ingredients together and spread on top of sweet potatoes. Cover and bake at 350 degrees for 30 -35 minutes, or until very hot.
