Ingredients

  • 3 large strawberries
  • 1/4 cup blueberries (frozen, but defrosted works great)
  • 3/4 cup low fat sugar free vanilla pudding
  • 1/4 cup uncle Sam cereal (this almost has a granola thing going on)
  • 1 tbsp fat free cool whip

Preparation

Step 1

Layer strawberries cut up on the bottom of a tall glass. (may need some sugar substitute if strawberries aren't sweet enough)
Add 1/3 of the vanilla pudding on top.
Add uncle Sam cereal.
Add 1/3 of the vanilla pudding on top of cereal.
Add blueberries.
Add remaining pudding.
Top with cool whip.
