B's Stuffed Jalapenos
Jalapenos stuffed with cream cheese and pork sausage. Everyone loves! EVERY time...
- 1 Can of FARO sliced jalapenos (brand is important b/c they are deep enough to stuff. Other brands are not.)
- 1 16 oz jimmy dean sausage
- 1 16 oz block of cream cheese
Let cream cheese come to room temperature.
Drain jalapenos, leave in colander.
Cook pork sausage and drain.
Mix drained pork sausage with cream cheese.
Stuff mixture into individual jalapeno slices and place in serving containter.
Can be refrigerated if need be until served.
Best served at room temperature.
