- Honey Sauce:
- 1 lb or 454 g Chicken Breast
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1/4 tsp Garlic Powder
- 1/6-1/8 tsp White Pepper
- 3 tbsp Water
- 5 tbsp Ketchup
- 4 tbsp Sugar
- 3 tbsp Water
- 2 tbsp Honey
- Batter:
- 1 Large Egg
- 1/4 tsp Salt
- 1/6 tsp Garlic Powder
- 10 tbsp (1/2 cup +2 tbsp) or 147 mL Cold Water
- 2 tsp Baking Powder
- 1/2 cup or 65 g Corn Starch
- 3/4 cup or 105 g Flour
- 2 tbsp Veg. Oil
- Oil for frying
