Ingredients
- Bigelow Decaffeinated Spiced Chai Tea, 1 bag
- Water, 2 cups of 8 fl oz (16 fl oz)
- Coffee-Mate Sugar Free Vanilla Caramel Powder Creamer, 1 tbsp
- Sweet 'N Low
- Coop Whip Free, 1 tbsp
- Ground Cinnamon, 1/2 tsp

Preparation
Step 1
1. Bring water (16 fl oz) to a boil.
2. Place one Bigelow Decaffeinated Spiced Chai tea into a ceramic cup.
3. Once water is brought to a boil remove from heat and pour onto tea bag in the ceramic cup.
4. Allow bag to steep/sit for 2-5 minutes.
5. Remove tea bag.
6. Mix in 1 tbsp coffee-mate sugar free vanilla caramel powder creamer. (note: to avoid clumps, stir the tea while adding the creamer.)
7. Sweeten to taste with Sweet 'N Low (or another no calorie sweetener).
8. Place 1 tbsp of Cool Whip Free on top of tea.
9. Sprinkle with ground cinnamon.
