Ingredients
- 3 medium Granny Smith apples, cut into small chunks
- 1/2 cup dried cranberries (Craisins)
- 1/4 cup chopped walnuts
- 2 (2 lb) pork tenderloin
- 1 pkg Knorr French Onion soup recipe mix
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1/3 cup water
- 1 T olive oil
- 1/2 t ground cinnamon
- 1/2 t ground ginger

Preparation
Step 1
Preheat over to 350.
Combine apples, cranberries, and walnuts in medium roasting pan.
Season pork with salt and pepper and place on top of the apple mixture.
Combine remaining ingredients and pour over pork.
Roast for 1.5 hours or until done.
