  • 1 13.8 ounce pkg. refrigerated pizza dough (1 crust)
  • 6 ounces mozzarella cheese, cut into 24 cubes
  • 1/2 cup mini pepperoni (2 1/2 oz.) or chopped pepperoni (3 1/2 oz.)
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1/4 cup finely shredded Parmesan cheese
  • Pizza sauce, warmed
  • Crushed red pepper (optional)

Step 1

Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Spray an 8x8-inch baking dish with cooking spray. Unroll pizza dough on a lightly floured surface; using hands, press and stretch dough to form a 12x8-inch rectangle. Using a pizza cutter or sharp knife, cut rectangle into 24 squares.

Divide pepperoni among dough squares; top each square with one cheese cube. Wrap dough around fillings to cover completely; pinch edges tightly to seal. Place filled balls with sides touching in the prepared baking dish.

Drizzle cheese bombs with olive oil; sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Bake 30 to 35 minutes or until golden. Serve warm with pizza sauce. If desired, sprinkle with crushed red pepper.
