Three-Bean Salad

My Grandma Lattin often made this recipe, especially in the summer time. It is a good item to bring to a potluck, as people easily enjoy this salad.

Ingredients
- 1 pound can cut green beans
- 1 pound can cut wax beans
- 1 15 ounce can dark red kidney beans
- 1/2 cups chopped green pepper
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 2/3 cup vinegar
- 1/3 cup vegetable oil
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper

Preparation
Step 1
Open the many cans of beans and drain them. I put them in one big collandar and rinse them.
Place beans in bowl with green pepper and onions.
Pour sugar, vinegar, vegetable oil, salt and pepper over the beans and vegetables.
Toss.
Allow to chill for 4-6 hours.
Serve.
