Step 1

Mix in a bowl 1 c mayo, 1 tbsp Dijon mustard, drizzle EVOO, juice of 1/2 of a lemon, salt and pepper, 1 tbsp red wine vigegar, 1 tbsp sugar. Then add to one store bought bag of slaw mix. WE TRIED THIS ON 5/26/10 AND IT WAS GOOD BUT WAY TOO MUCH DRESSING.
