Veggie Pizza

An appetizer that my grandmother used to make, and it would quickly disappear once it was set out. Yummy!

Ingredients
- 2 packages of crossiant rolls (in the cardboard tubes)
- 18 oz. cream cheese
- 1 cup mayonase
- 1 package of Ranch dip seasoning
- finely chop your choice of: red pepper, green pepper, cauliflower, carrots, broccoli and shredded cheddar cheese

Preparation
Step 1
Open the crossiant rolls, and lay flat on a cookie sheet.
Bake as directed.
Cream together the cream cheese, mayonaise and Range dip dressing.
When the pastry has come out of the oven and cooled, spread the creamed mixture on the pastry.
Sprinkle on the vegetables and cheddar cheese.
Serve

smile.
