Ingredients
- 1 lb sifted icing sugar
- 3 tbsp meringue powder
- 5 - 6 tbsp lukewarm water

Preparation
Step 1
1) Place icing sugar and meringue powder in mixer bowl and mix at low speed
2) Add water and mix for 7 - 10 min until it lose it's sheen
3) To prevent from drying, make sure to cover the bowl with a damp cloth
4) Store in airtight container for up to 2 weeks
5) To reuse, beat on bowl on low speed to restore original texture
