Totally Awesome Meat Rub

This rub is perfect on chicken, beef, pork, or fish. Just sprinkle on and rub in before grilling. This recipe is enough for 4 pounds of meat.

Ingredients

• 1 teaspoon oregano
• 1 teaspoon cumin
• 2 teaspoons garlic powder
• 2 teaspoons onion powder
• 1 tablespoon paprika
• 1 tablespoon salt
• 1/4 cup firmly packed brown sugar
