  • 2 milk chocolate candy bars, 7 oz. each
  • 1/2 lb. butter
  • 4 cups sugar
  • 1 1/2 cup evaporated milk
  • 2 cups chopped walnuts
  • 25 large marshmallows
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 60 small marshmallows, that have been frozen
  • Put small marshmallows in a freezable container and freeze for at least an hour. In a separate bowl, cut up chocolate bars and utter into small chunks; set aside.

Put small marshmallows in a freezable container and freeze for at least an hour. In a separate bowl, cut up chocolate bars and utter into small chunks; set aside.
In a large saucepan, combine sugar, milk and large marshmallows. Over medium heat and stirring constantly, bring to a bull boil and then start to time for 5 minutes. After the 5 minutes, remove from heat and pour over the chocolate and butter. Stir until all combined and melted. Add the vanilla and stir until smooth. Then stir in the frozen marshmallows and nuts. Pour into a buttered 9x13 inch pan. Let cool for a couple of hours, then cover and put in fridge overnight. After it has been in the fridge overnight, you can then cut into pieces for eating.
