Pimento Cheese Burger

Ingredients
- 6 ounces ground beef
- 1/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 Tablespoon mayo
- 1 dash Worcestershire sauce
- 1 large pinch of ground red pepper flakes
- 1/2 Tablespoon diced pimento
- iceberg lettuce
- 1 slice of ripe tomato
- 1 hamburger bun
- 3 slices of pickle
- 1/2 Tablespoon of room temperature cream cheese

Step 1
In a bowl, combine cheddar cheese, cream cheese, pimentos, mayo, ground red pepper flakes, Worcestershire sauce and diced pimento till thoroughly mixed and set aside.
Flatten your raw ground beef onto a cutting board. Place a spoonful of the pimento cheese mixture in the center and form a patty around it completely encasing it in the meat.
Place the meat on the grill and grill about 4 minutes on each side. Use a meat thermometer if necessary to test inside temperature.
Build the burger with lettuce and tomato. No need for extra mayo, as the center provides that creamy texture when you take a bite.
