GREENS****Wilted Greens with Chilli Oil

Ingredients
- 2 servings
- 300 grams (10 oz.) mixed bitter greens, such as kale, Swiss chard, mustard greens, turnip greens
- 1 tbsp. EVOO
- 3/4 tsp. chilli oil
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1/2 tbsp. sweet chilli sauce
- 1/2 tsp. kecap manis
- 3 1/2 tbsp. water or broth
- salt and freshly ground pepper

Preparation
Step 1
* Shred the greens coarsely, removing any ribs as you go.
* Heat the oils in a wok, add the garlic and saute for 30 seconds. Add the greens and toss for 4 - 5 minutes, until coated with the oil.
* Add the chilli sauce, kecap manis and water. Cover with a lid and steam the greens for 1 minute then season and serve.
