HARD BOILED EGGS

Found this on line over Easter 2019.. couple tried all the different ways they read; this was fool proof. I tried this also, and every egg peeled perfect every time

- 6 large eggs

Preparation
Step 1
Fill pot with enough water just to cover eggs. (do not add eggs yet)
Bring water to a full boil.
Gentle slide eggs into boiling water with a slotted spoon.
After water comes back to a boil, bring down to a low boil. total time 13 minutes
drain eggs and in same pan... add cold water and lots of ice for 15 minutes
