  • 8 oz. sour cream
  • 2 ripe avocados, chopped small
  • 1/2 red onion, chopped very small
  • l large clove garlic, minced
  • Salt to taste

Beat cream cheese and sour cream until smooth. Add other ingredients and mix well. Chill and serve. (Can add minced jalapeno or a dash of cayenne.
